Welcome to Funny Coloring Book, a service available on FromAIwithLove.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by CPA Target Metric SRL, a Romanian company registered in Cluj-Napoca, Str. Fabricii 7, 400640 Romania (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Site and our related services (collectively, the “Services”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You confirm that every photo you upload is your own or you have written permission to use it, that all identifiable people have consented, and that the content complies with OpenAI’s and our content policies.

2. Our Services

Funny Coloring Book transforms your photos into personalised coloring pages and books in three formats:

Digital Download (PDF) – e-mailed within 48 hours.
Physical Paperback (A4) – printed and shipped.
Physical + Digital Bundle – both of the above.

Core service steps:

Upload photos → AI line-art generation (OpenAI) → Page layout → PDF creation → optional print & ship via US print partner.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current information at checkout.
Upload only lawful, non-infringing, non-defamatory images.
Refrain from disrupting or reverse-engineering the Site.
Pay all fees and applicable taxes at the time of order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

No edits / cancellations once you click “Confirm order,” because production begins immediately.
Digital PDFs are delivered by e-mail within 48 hours.
Printed books ship within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout; delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Most orders leave our studio within 48 hours. During peak periods (holidays, high-volume weeks, or occasional OpenAI outages) production can take up to 48 business hours.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in USD (or your local currency if Shopify’s converter is enabled) and include or exclude VAT/GST as stated at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments / Stripe; we never store full card details.

6. Refunds & Reprints

Because every book is custom-made, all sales are final. We will, however, replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, misprinted or materially different from your order. Notify us at info@fromaiwithlove.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process, print, ship and (for 30 days) store the artwork solely to fulfil your order.
Site content, templates, branding and software are the exclusive property of CPA Target Metric SRL and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted processors to run the Service:

US-based print partner	Prints & ships physical books
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel	Site metrics & advertising attribution

Use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these partners’ terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the price you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, or for delays caused by carriers or third parties.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site without notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. Sections 7, 8, 9 and any payment obligations survive termination.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, except where mandatory consumer-protection statutes provide otherwise.

Service Details & Policies

How our coloring pages are made
We use the latest AI illustration tools as a first draft, then refine each page by hand. Because the process blends technology with human touch, please keep in mind:

Characters may not look exactly like the people in your photos.
Facial features or outfits can vary slightly from page to page.
Brands, logos, or copyrighted characters might appear as simplified or altered versions.
We do not accept or process images that contain nudity, hate symbols, or any content that violates human-rights standards or OpenAI’s use policies.

Turn-around time
Most orders leave our studio within 48 hours. During peak periods (holidays, high-volume weeks, or occasional OpenAI outages) production can take up to 48 business hours.

What we expect from you

You own—or have permission to use—the photos you upload.
You understand the finished artwork is for personal use; please request written consent before using it for commercial projects.
You accept minor artistic variations as part of the creative process.

Right of refusal
We reserve the right to decline any image that violates legal or ethical guidelines, or that our printers cannot reproduce safely.

Color & print variation
Colors may look different on screen vs. paper; this is normal with digital-to-print workflows.
